African Pride Debuts Second Ingredient to the "Perfect Recipe for Beautiful Hair"

(2008) - African Pride is making big waves in the ethnic hair care industry, now launching an exciting new product duo in the shampoo and conditioner category.  Building upon the success of the highly acclaimed African Pride Miracle Deep Conditioning No Lye Relaxer System, the newly launched Herbal Healing Shampoo and Herbal Healing Leave-In Conditioner leads the industry as the first cleansing and conditioning combo ever to contain healing and hydrating African herbs.  Each infused with a unique blend of 17 natural herbs and oils, these breakthrough products allow young women everywhere to relive the miraculous healthy hair transformation they first experienced with the herbal relaxer by incorporating the power of herbs into a more frequent component of their hair care routine.

The shampoo taps the power of rosemary, peppermint, grapefruit and other herbs to hydrate the hair, improve scalp circulation and stimulate healthy hair growth. The creamy leave-in conditioner employs wild cherry, jojoba, sweet almond and other herbs to reduce breakage, improve manageability and heal damaged, brutalized hair.
